Today there is another international Conference about HIV and AIDS in Australia. It´s an important event that many people , even those who are infected, may not give enough attention.

In the opening session we already have data to make us feel uncomfortable: 60 millions of people will be infected by 2015. Only the 28% of the affected population has access to medication and the related problems with HIV and its mental and physical consequences are not acknowledge in many countries in the world.

If that was not enough, many of the current studios and resources that could help to prevent the spread of HIV aren´t used widely in the developed or developing countries.

Maybe there´s not much in our own terrace to worried about the future, but when the neighbour´s house collapses, maybe ours will be next.
